Education

1. Distance Education: In the very first phase it will have construction Engineering Diploma and degree through distance education through the recognised university.
2. Interactive Education: Society will conduct the seminar and on line interactive session with the construction Engineers and other professional member to share the latest construction methodology adopted. Expertise crew of the society will provide the solution to any constructional trouble. Interactive education will mainly score the value engineering. Other than this Society will have their own journal which will have the subject construction Panorama. This journal will be sent to the all the members without any charges.
3. Institutional Education: Society is planning to have their own Institution of Construction Engineering and Management in the very first phase and subsequently other branches depending upon the requirement of the infrastructure building.
4. Research & Development: Society is setting up its own material testing lab to facilitate the construction for adopting the qualitative approach in finalising the material good for construction. Society is also in the opinion to have their own water testing lab.
5. Training & Placement: Societies is setting up skill training school in the rural area with an objective to create construction crew bank in the initial phase. It will stop the migration of rural manpower for want of employment. All these will be conducted in agreement with the village panchayat. Training schedule and module will be defined and decided after conducting all India Survey.

1. Employment & Rehabilitation
   1. BRAHMA: It is the programme conducted discipline wise for scaling up the skill and bringing –up to the level of self sustainable income.
   2. VISHWAKARMA: It is the programme for the construction professional having secured minimum ITI in their respective field of discipline. Here the entire professional will be named as Vishwakarma and trained the management skill with their respective discipline so that the same can be contributory to the construction management.
2. Social Security & Group Housing
   1. UMBERALLA: It is the programme covering the social security to the workers and labours working in the unorganised sector like construction and agriculture. Social security is being provided by covering the workers under general insurance and life insurance.
   2. AMRITASHRAY: It is the low-cost housing to the weakest section of the construction and agricultural workers on no-profit no-loss scheme.
   3. AMRITALAY: This is the programme for the Royal member / Charter Member who would like to have their retired life among the engineering professional with their health insured. Thus this group of society will be working with a vision to provide Housing and Health for all.
3. Education for all (SUNRISE)

   It is the programme for the spouse of the workers and labours by giving the complete guidance on their education and area of interest to scale-up better in the competitive world.

4. Health for all

   Here society initially or in the first phase ,look forward for creating awareness for Health insurance and prefer to tie –up with any of the nationalised agency for covering those weaker section of the construction and agricultural society. Programme will be covered under the banner of AMRIT-AUSHDHALAY.

   In the second phase AISCEP will run own charitable super-speciality hospital which will take care of the health care of the worker belongs to construction and agriculture at zero costs.

Awards & Certification

Society is planning to award certificate to the dignitaries for their specific contribution in the field of construction and engineering. It will award to the institution associated with construction for their contribution in the field of construction and Engineering.

1. SMRITI: It is the programme to award the group, individual doing better in their respective field of their contribution. This is the programme to recall the specific contribution by the weakest section of construction workers and labours.
